Seattle police are investigating a double stabbing that occurred Saturday night in the Chinatown-International District, leaving one man critically injured.
The incident unfolded around 8:42 p.m. in the 500 block of South Jackson Street, near Hing Hay Park. Officers responded to a call reporting a disturbance in the area and arrived to find two men suffering from stab wounds, according to the Seattle Police Department.
A 32-year-old man was discovered with a serious neck wound. Witnesses at the scene reported that he had been involved in an altercation with the suspected attacker shortly before the stabbing occurred. Emergency medical responders transported the man to a nearby hospital, where he remains in critical condition.

A second victim, a 37-year-old man, sustained a cut to his arm. Authorities said his injuries were not life-threatening, and he was treated on-site by first responders.
